Default Need Help...

Does anyone know what this piece is for? I removed it to get some room to work. I replaced it back there and now my car wont start. It has an electrical connection just FYI. How do I put this piece back on properly?

do you know how to set base idle with your tps? or check what voltage its sitting at. if your tps is below .5 volts the eec is going to think something is wrong and it wont let the car run and will store a code.

you might have to re-calibrate your tps now. not hard to do, but i dont know how to do it on a 94+ model. or hell you might have damaged it or put it on upside down...

No i am not sure how to check voltage or set my base idle. But I did unplug my TPS, so would this require a recalibration?
