actually i have replaced the front springs and i didnt use a compressor
it must have been tough, I tried with my eibach drag springs, and I had to use a compressor and take off the isolators to get it in.

how did you get them back in?

I struggled with a prybar and couldnt even get it to sit in the perch.

i did the same
..just when u go to remove ur ball joints put the jhack under the spring and compress it. Then use the ball joint separator to separate the top ball joint and then just lower the jack and let ur spring fall out. Then remove ur bottom ball joint and then reinstall.

You need a ball joint press to install/remove ball joint, Napa's machine shop will do it if you take the arm into them, if you don't want to mess with the actual joint
