All the seatbelts in my (89 gt)car are f'ed up first, can you tighten the front seat seatbelts like you would do to a tape measurer? second my back seatbelts dont work at all, they are stuck how can i fix them? I assume i have to take the back seat out, how do i do that? never have tried. Sorry im a noob at anything that isnt related to an engine.

Not sure if you can adjust them or not. My Ford manual didnt say anything about adjusting them. I know that my dad was able to chang ea belt over in my brohter Focus when he wrecked it. I dont know if he was able to adjust it or not. He had to cheange the original belt to a new spool since the old had the pin blew in it.

They had a recall on seats belts on 87-89. Might want to look into that, but I think it is way over due to bring it in ...LOL. When I got the info in the mail i think it was for the back seats only.
