if you figure in a 26.5 tire at 70 mph 1/1 on the tranny (3rd auto, or 4th manual) it works out like this
3.08's = 2,733
3.23's = 2,867
3.55's = 3,151
3.73's = 3,311
4.10's = 3,638
4.33's = 3,843
if you want to know how the equate in overdrive on a aod or 5th on a t5 it works as follows.
3.08's = 1,831
3.23's = 1,920
3.55's = 2,111
3.73's = 2,218
4.10's = 2,438
4.33's = 2,574
please forgive if i made any mistakes, my math is pretty bad now a days. even though the number look pretty high there not to bad. if you figure a low 9 second mustang on a 10.5 slick with a c4 will be spinning 7,486 rpm threw the traps!
