you usually have to change out a bunch of other stuff when you do a coil over conversion too.
new A-arms, K-member ect.......

so then I'd need new shocks/struts and coil over together? I really know nothing about suspension, can someone break it down for me?

The kit I'm looking at, it doesn't included the needed parts? (you said I need a-arms/k-member)

ya u would need all new parts unless u were plannin on runnin stock ride hieght?? if u wanted to go lower ur old suspension parts would need to go so newer adjustable ones need to be installed to compensate for ur lower ride height and different type of suspension.....its kinda hard to explain

No, not really...
You still use Shocks and Struts in a coil over setup.

The only thing you need to get are a set of good caster camber plates aside from the coil over kit.
