some long tubes will work with a few 90 plug boots, bbk and mac's long tubes do.

Default RE: GT-40p headers?

okay i got a little fed up with this topic and did a little research with my GT 40 P heads her are some pics with the factory headers. The only clearence issues appears to be with the 2nd and 4th plug on the driver side header, BUT my BBK unequals come out about an inch further from the header before they turn down. This APPEARS to be just enough to work. From the looks of things a couple shorty plugs or some 90* boots will do the trick. The passenger side had no issues. Tell what you guys think?

pic #1 is the passenger side head with a couple wires

pic #2 is the driver side

pic #3 is the 4th plug driver side

more pics coming...............

hey i have hoker super comp headers and ford racing wires and i was thinking or the gt-40p heads will they work? also are the P's a good choice, i have a b-cam in it now and i hear the P's lose power with more aggresive cams.
