Hey Im the new guy,i have a 89 gt, Holley Systemax II upper and lower intake, Accufab 70mm TB, 76mm C&L mass air, 24lbs injectors, adjustable fuel regulator, BBK cold air intake, Underdrive pulleys, BBK shorty headers, Off-road h-pipe, Flowmaster catback, 3:73 gears, and a Hurst shifter. Im hoping to see 13.20's or better on radial tires next week. Im a very good driver, been racing for over 8 years, plenty of wins under my belt. we have Fun Ford Weekend at our track in two weeks.

I just wanted anyones suggestions on fuel pressure and timing? Is it normal for fuel pressure to drop 6-8 psi when i reconnect the vacuum line to the regulator?

The drop on your fuel pressure seems pretty normal to me. I'd try setting your timing at 14 degrees. Let me know how you run.

Fordgasm,

Welcome to the forum. I gotta say, that's the best handle I've ever seen. --- Where's your local track?

Outstanding fordgasm, nice times for the mods. I'm running what you've got, but I have the vert and can't run at sears point, and an aod. One thing you didn't mention that might help is an electric fan. I installed the black magic, 2800 cfm. Keeps it cool and gets rid of the weight and drag of the stock fan. That might be worth a tenth or two as that stock fan weighs a ton.
