haha ^^^ thoes lights are on way too long in that vid. but imo i think the larg tachs are tacky.. (no pun intended) like the monster ones.. they are just so large if you want a shift light just get a light why do you need the ginormous tach? use the one ur car has and just get a light..

Stock tachs are for sh*t and everyone knows it. They're little more than an idiot light.

The tach is set up old school, on the steering column, and as the guy before said tach is set so when the needle points straight north, shift. I set my shift light on my tach at 5,500 so when it goes off i wait like a milisecond then shift so its about 6000rpm so i dont bounch off the rev limiter. Big tachs are so big because they want people to be able to read them without having to literally take your eyes off the road, using your perifrial vision. I see nothing wrong with the car, its set up nice. I like it.
