Well the timing is now set around 13 or 14. The car is not any better than it was. I installed an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and 255lb fuel pump and upped the fuel pressure to about 48 but still nothing. I even tryed another MAFS that was the same as mine just to make sure mine is good but that did not help. There are no kinks in the fuel lines but my air/fuel ratio is not right at all. Im lacking fuel bigtime. any suggestions would be great.

RE: Lagging big time in low RPM
Mine kinda has the same problem like I had said before, I have a slight fuel leak at my FPR that I think might be my problem. After you shut off your car and watch the guage, apparently its supposed to hold pressure for more than 30 mins or something, mine drops immediatly. Other than that check your TPS voltage make sure that's in good and make sure timing is right. If your A/F ratio is way off check out a dyno tuner to fix that for you, or if you have the patience get a TwEECer. I am personally not a fan of the tweecer, no support, so if something goes wrong your screwed it seems.
