Default Starting Problem

I have a 95 Mustang GT, the problem is I cant get it to start. Here are the things Ive tried so far, the battery is fine and checks out at 12.8 volts, when I was able to get the car to start the altenator read 13.7 volts. So I thought the culprite might be the starter so I replaced it and with no luck. Ive checked the grounds and there all tight, I even swapped my ECU. Im stumped if anyones dealt with something like this any and all help would be really appreciated. The car has power and will spin the starter its just the engine wont crank, sometimes it will though but lately I havent been able to even start it.

Have you checked your spark...maybe you have a coil or control mod going bad.

Ya I would check the fuel pump also! When you turn the key on leave your door open, you should be able to hear the fuel pump cycle for a minute.

Unfortunatley the fuel pump cycles I was hoping it might be that. As for a module, im going to check and troubleshoot the ignition module today and cross my fingers, I hope its that im tired of playing the guessing game.
