Are you suppose to reuse the MAF bracket? The instructions says to discard, will the bracket fit or without the bracket will the MAF be alright?

If it says to discard it then just set it to the side, it should be alright without it. Chris

i dont remember mine having a "bracket"...........but, u dont use it if there is one.......take the old airbox, and inlet tube off, and just replace it with the supplied pieces in the BBK kit, then add the MAF in between the 2 tubes, with the silicone sleeves, and clamp it, and voila.

So you guys aren't using any kind of bracket to hold your MAF on??? Maybe I should take mine off and let my MAF "float" and try clocking it and see if it makes a performance difference.

Clocking it will make a difference, but don't turn it too much.

You don't need the MAF bracket. The CAI will hold it in place.
