I put one in because the car was apart, and it was pretty easy. Probably could do it again in 6 hours, start to finish, in my garage. The only problem I ran into was getting the alignment straight enough before taking it to get the alignment done at my friend's shop. I did it all on jackstands, and with the engine supported by a block of wood. I definitely like the extra space in the engine bay more than anything.

The MM for road racing is way stronger than stock and lighter. The stock ones are stamped crap!

I put the PA unit in, took me a weekend, not to bad...your gonna need an engine hoist to hold the engine up while you drop the stock K member...I put it in because im going to be putting a cleveland in by next year and the starter was going to be a bitch to change if it went out. Plus the Hooker headers i have are huge, 2 1/2 primaries. Fitment with a stock K was going to be tight. The PA unit is the other unit most prefer, its lighter than the MM one, about the same in strength. I ordered solid motor mounts and spring perches with it cause im running 4 banger springs. My car handles alot better now ive noticed, not as much chasses flew up front. Wasnt to bad on the install...i got dirty as hell though.

um, it all depends on the adjustment and the spring rate, coil overs is a far superior design
