Default Spark plug

Hey I was just wonderin what plugs you all were runnin? Should I stick with autolite plats? Napa said they had some NGK laser fire plugs that list for about 25$ but i can get for around 13$ w/my discount. Arent NGK's mainly for rice?

all these $3-4 platnum, cross fire plugs are a waste of money.

Actually many of the GT's on this forum for the 99-04 years recommend NGK-TR55

on an old fashioned 5.0 MotorCraft. Burn 'em up, replace 'em on the cheap like.

Unless you have forced induction, just use the factory plug. Motorcraft. Itll work the best, since it was designed with that plug in mind. When you go forced induction, nitrous or raised compression ratio, because the cylinder temps will be higher, you will more than likly need a colder plug. When I raised my compression ratio to 11:1, I had to drop 12 heat ranges, I actually went with a non resistor racing plug.

Im running Autolite Double plats and havent had any trouble out of them yet.
