Does anyone have any advice, I have a 5.0 (carbureted conversion) that i am going to put in my '68. My tranny is a c6, but the tri y's don't clear the transmission. Thinking about cutting the headers and re welding them so they are straight, but don't know if they will work or not..

Never have worked with tri y headers, you might have to go with a different brand of long tubes to clear....... What about making a bend towards the lower end where they hit?
