How much do they go for with 8psi? Will i need to change anything else on my car for it to be able to handle it? thx

If you have just a stock engine and want to run 8psi....you shouldnt need to change everything else...its going to add about 100-130hp with 8psi. If you found an intercooled procharger like ATI offers you can probably run around 10-15psi and even more with methanol injection. You'd be making close to your stock bottom ends limits then though.
