Nice notch, I would give you 4-5,000 depending on body and interior. My friend used to have an 89 notch that would punish 90's vettes. Very similar to yours, 89 anniversary edition. His came stock with 3.23 gears i believe. It was very quick for having few mods. In my opinion the 89 notch is my fav.

If you want to be able to tell if it is a SSP (special service package) which was the police des for the police car, what to look for are Two toe tags behind the drivers headlight hmm let me find you a link so that you can see exactly what to look for

also if you use these and the door tag you can find the exact day your car was assemble mine was april of 93, I believe it was the 12th but i would have to find where i wrote all that down

i doubt yours is a special service, but i would ask $5000 , last summer when i was looking i found no notches under $5k, and those were junk
