Leaking injectors!
 

My two front and one back fuel injectors are leaking gas on my lower intake manifold. I thought mabey the O rings were getting worn out, so I got new ones and a new upper plenum gasket.

Do I have every thing I need to change this out? I'm think I know what to do, but im not sure. First step is to take the upper plenum off right?

you mean disconnect from power right? then take off the plenum?

yes.....you will need to pull the t/b hose off first,unhook the throttle cable bracket, then pull egr hose

yeah screw the battery disconnect. take the plenum off along with the intake plumbing. besure to replace the upper AND lower orings though. and becareful when you go to pop the fuel rail up. and pop the injectors out of their holes, dont wanna break anything. and dont drop any of the caps off the injectors into the intake. and use some grease on the orings when you put em back in.

I have seen a fire because of not doing it..2 sec for your protection:D

yeah ive seen a couple of 5.0 that were torched on the intake area more than likely because of this problem
