5 Lug rear disk brakes

i'm putting an 8.8 disk brake rear in my 87 coupe from a lincoln. i have the stock gt brake master cylinder in my car now for front disks and rear drums, question. will i need to upgrade the M/C for the rear disk brakes??

You REALLY should. And you should also change out your proportioning valve to a 4 wheel disk prop valve w/o abs.

You can actually keep the booster, you just turn the master screw in the center I think 1/2 turn outwards and you should be alright.

Different story if you're getting PBR front calipers tho.

get the lincoln front calipers also they are 73 mm and get an svo master cylinder and fab up ur brake lines to adapt the threads then u will have svo spec braking!
