can't get it right

yea i was watching the mechanic, and i asked him to explain the stuff he was doing and i do remember him mentioning the spout and that it had to be removed.

oh, by the way does any one know the correct temp that the engine should be while running. it's running around 195 degrees.
That's a good temp to be at. They're designed to run at 200 degrees. Running at lower temps will make the computer think it's cold out, and richen the air/fuel mixture, which will hurt your gas mileage.

what should the timing be set at? checked it awhile ago and it is setting on about 7.
