what fluid do you use in your T5?
I've been told automatic fluid is the way to go because it has less viscousity, which will equal more power. What does everybody here use?

It's been foerver since I've changed it (forever since I drove it for that matter), but I think the stuff I use is Red Line.

Yes you use ATF Dextron 3 Auto tranny fluid in your T5. Call ford, or any parts store they will tell u the same.
