Default Best Ignition for Mustang?

What do you guys/gals recommend for ignition upgrades on a 1995 Mustang GT 5.0L? I have been surfing the web and have come across MSD. What do you think is good to upgrade too? What are you guys/gals running?

Wires?
Plugs?
Distributer cap?

Thanks for the input!!

I've been told the MSD 6AL is the right set up for my car.

I have Motorsport 9MM wires, Accel cap, and Split Fire plugs.

FordRacing 9mm plug wires are the way to go for sure,

cheap, numbered and pre cut to length
super easy install and top quality

What websites did you guys order your stuff from. I have been looking at summit and MSD sites. Are there better sites?
