Fuel Injectors: Matched? Blueprinted?

Fuel Injectors: Matched? Blueprinted?
I need to upgrade my injectors. I need some 42's.
My selection up here in Canada is limited. I'm looking at some non-match FMS 42#/hr injectors.
Are matched/blueprinted injectors worth the extra cost? How much deviation is there on these? Does Ford match injectors at the factory?
Any input would be great.

in order for them too flow exactly the seem they need to be sent off to be flow'd match......unless you have a high $$$$ engine do you need this as all 42's flow within a few % of each other..looking at your mods 42's would be too big and a tweecer or pms or a chip would be needed as the 42's will be out of the stock calibration limits...most noticable in starting the car as you'll have to floor it to start

It's got a chip. I'm running 30's but they are old and must be plugging. I've also got a lightning maf and it sounds like they are a better match for it.
I'll just go with a regular set.
Thanks for the replies.

Well the tuner and I have come to the conclusion that the injectors are plugged. He can't tune out a lean that happens aroung 4300rpm. We boosted the pressure and it richened up but only leaned out a little bit higher. The pressure was steady the whole run. Maf was not pegged, it read 3.7 at 5000rpm.
Heads and cam won't be for a couple of years. Would my mpg go down with 42 as opposed to 30? Not that I'm getting good mileage now.
