torch and lots of PB Blaster when you install new hardware always use antiseize

I use Anti sieze on every nut and stud. Next time u take em out its easy.

a torch on a water pump bolt? damn thats uh..lol. wow.

usually if you just give the rachet a good smack or two with your palm it will shock the bolt and break it free. ive never had a water pump bolt break on anything i've done and ive worked on some nasty corroded ****. be sure, when you put the bolts back in, to put some liquid thread sealer on them. not lock tite, its white stuff, like liquid teflon tape. that helps a lot.
