Like nuts and bolts for where it connects to the mufflers. Then you don't have to mess around with the old rusted stuff, it's something I usually do with exhuast since they seem to rust up quick, plus then you don't have to worry when taking it off about breaking the old ones. Also it will help a little if you get some stainless ones. If it's a one piece X-pipe you should just need four nuts and bolts with twice that of flat washers and some lock washers so it doesn't loosen up.
