Default fuel pump install

k jsut wondering how hard it is gunna be to install a new fuel pump. i am ordering a 225 tomarrow (bbk good choice?) and im hoping its not gunna be a bitch to put in. also gunna be doing injectors are those hard?

Well, injectors might take 40mins, got to take the intake off. Then the fuel pump another 20min, that is what I would expect since I have already done it on my GT. Willing to give up your old 19's for free? :-)

haha what could u need those far?? also do i gotta drop the tank on the fuel pump?? if i take my intake off to do the injectors am i gunna have anything leaking outta there i have ot refil or anyhting else i sould expext?

You get what you pay for, pay for the BBK and feel better about it in the long run! I've done a few fuel pumps, but on a lift with a tranny jack to support the tank, it only takes me about 20-30 minutes to switch out a fuel pump depending on the application.

Like black snake said, empty the tank, precisely what I am waiting to do so I can through in a new sending unit and perhaps another fuel pump. Just carry around a 2gal tank of gas, so when you run out, fill it a gal and get home and drop that sucker. I am almost empty, I can feel the bogging.

haha not bad not bad. so basicly im gunna run that thing to empty (or syphon it out like a smart person) than drop the tank, remove the old pump and plug this in to the wireds from the old??? basicly a plug nad play deal
