king cobra clutch here and thats the only way to go. im leaving the line at 2300 and she is stiff im leaving at 1500 and she falls on her face. but i have mine adjusted for banging gears and not everyday shifting. as far as the clutch seeming like its gonna go out you may just need new synchronisers.

If you pull up on the clutch with your hand it should auto adjust if it is stock. It does not take a lot of pulling to happen and you can usually here it pop when it adjusts. Might help with the clutch being high.

i just tried doing that again... didnt help.i'm just gonna order my king cobra clutch kit around thursday or friday with a steeda firewall adjuster and steeda quad. i'm also gonna do the rear end and some new gears at the same time. thinking 3.73's and have the trac-loc rebuilt.

Thanks to everyone for the help with the clutch questions. your answers helped alot.

Anybody used Brothers perfprmance parts? they have underdrive pulleys new for 50 bucks.
