Default A/C

I finally have A/C. Man it sucked not having it down here in the tropics of Florida!!! Ive had the parts for like a month, but this week did it for me. Tired of sweating in the heat of the day and night!!!

Also fixed my ignition switch, found out my TPS was bad, and fixed my hatch, wouldnt shut right.

Looks like you had a productive day. I haven't been driving my car lately, but it just needs a charge. Everything works, but I had to dump it to do a heater core.

I got a lot done today as well. I finished up dropping my tank, and painting unerneath along with my tank. If that tank lasts another 10 years the effort will be worth it. I did a fuel filter too. Big job. but it's piece of mind cuz I wanna keep the car as long as it stays alive.

Man I feel ya, I had my CCRM go out on my 94 GT and last week it was about 116* and with the humidity it felt like 131* according to the weather channel. I had my AC looked at and first they said 850 then I went to a referred shop and they said 395 and told me what was wrong. The wante like 200.00 for that relay so I went to my pops who works at ford and got it for 110.00 Did the labor my self, and now I kick myself wondering why I went 3 years w/o AC lol.

Yeah, I just got mine fixed a couple weeks ago. We were having high temps here in SoCal--it got to 109* for a day or two recently. I got tired of driving my baby son around with both of us sweating like crazy. I went to one shop who told me it would cost $450 to get it fixed. Then I went to another shop and got it fixed for $90. It's like having a whole new car.

I GOT MY A/C FIXED YESTERDAY. Yeah too late though, just missed the hottest day, 119 last week. Anyways I got mine done for free labor wise, paid for freeze 12 and new a/c lines. Just gonna get my buddy a 18pack of beer and $50. Blows 50*.
