Default et question

I have 89 lx with a 5.0 bored 40 over with polsihed and balanced crank, rods, flat top pistons, late model windsor heads that milled 2ccs, edelbrock performer 289 intake, 750 holley carb, 510 lift cam, and 3.73 gears. i only ran a 9.5 in the eight when i went to the track but i couldnt hook up. wat numbers should i be runin

I think the thing has too much carb, try something in the 650 range.
That big carb you got is killin' the low end completely......

+1 when you said 750 holley carb I'm assuming it's a 4150 double pumper. so that is way too much fuel. get a 600cfm. and get rid of that intake. You should run an Edelbrock air gap. Also work on your suspension cause your not going to hook up with 245 or whatever your running
