What would you do?

RE: What would you do?
idk the swap seems like a lot of work to me... I like verts, but if they are not your biggest thing then just stick with the hatch. But if you want a vert: You could either do the swap and sell the rolling chassis of the hatch. or sell both and buy a nice vert.
Oh and if your making it a drag car, use the hatch
ooo i have a new idea! buy a new motor and have two 5.0s a vert and a hatch!!

I am not sure where you live, but in VA, verts have higher insurance than hatches. I would stick with the hatch, but I am partial to them. Just my 2 cents.

go with the vert, much better insurance rates. its nice to have the top down on sunny days. you can sell the hatch shell to drag racer when you are done with it.

the vert is a 4cyl, it will have much cheaper insurence than the 5.0

Pics of both cars:
I am leaning towards keeping the LX and selling or parting out the 'vert. I like the idea of a convertible, but would rather have a convertible version of the '95 GT I had, Forest Green with Camel interior.
