court took my license today

court took my license today
they gave me a restricted for 6 months, only to work and see my parole officer, luckily i deliver food so i can drive my baby 5 days a week
i still cant believe this sh*t though, my lawyer said she had this!

hey at least u didnt get a ticket for racing urself like i did but i was found not guilty! but guilty on reckless even thought the cops testimony found me not guilty!

did they charge u with OUI (operating under the influence)
did the cop make u follow the light beam?
if he performed no tests and you werent charged with anything involving a motor vehicle that is bs
if u have a prior ticket history then im not sure
and never tell ur mom anythign!
when i got arrested i walked home (8 miles) and didnt say a word

yeah i wasnt even racing there was no one to race? i actually got my first three tickets in one day in this incident! im in the process of a pro se appeal on the reckless charge the cop testified he thought i was reckless cause i was laying drag? but i was found not guilty of laying drag! so its logical to assume that that was the reckless charge? correct? i will never have a traffic ticket on a bench trial from now on jury only for me even for a seatbelt ticket! i was just being harassed because of my flows!!!!

yes lost my license, no oui, no following beams, sorry.
i got disposition 251, which means in a year they drop the charge, the legislature determines the punishment, which is 6 months suspened with probation and 24 hrs community service

lmao man i hate to laugh but they just screwed you royaly
your lawyer did NOTHING for you man..
you should have asked for a conference with the DA and ur lawyer and worked out a settlement
thats what i did when i got posession ( i was driving, cop tried to charge me with OUI but it got dropped)
they wanted me to serve 25 hours community service, got it dropped down to 10
basicaly i juss kissed the DA's *** and i didnt even have to go infront of the judge
btw i had a full car and all of us got charged with posession class-d and my car got towed
i had over an ounce too which could have been a felony
