wanna build a engine with roughly the same power out?

393 stroker
10.5/1 compression
afr 205 heads
comp xr286r solid roller cam
1.6 roller rockers
edelbrock super victor intake
holley 850hp carb
1 7/8 headers
175hp shot of nitrous

good for 603hp at the rear wheels

ran 9.80's in a 2850# 87 lx

with 300hp nitrous hit went 9.22 @ 151

There is no way a D.S.S. block is taking 600rwhp. Its still a stock block.

I HIGHLY doubt its a 302.

Well guys, since you guys have been so nice, I don't really want to lie to you, but I can't tell you the whole truth.

The combo was:

Dart block, 3.25" crank, H-beams, Ross pistons, Novi 2k, TW heads, Performer RPM, 75mm TB, 80mm MAF, Bennett cam, 60lb inj., AFM Powerpipe, Kooks LTs, Snow Performance methanol/water injection, enough fuel for the Space Shuttle Discovery

The power was made at 13psi through an AOD on 93 octane without the methanol injection. All that's true. Just don't put so much emphasis on what you see listed. The power is in the small details I tend to "forget". And the cam is mild (.544/.576 224/230 114) so don't give it all the credit.
