Do stock bolts fit MAC or BBK HEADERS?
or will i be needing new bolts? If so....are they a diff diam. or not long enough if i do need new bolts....? can you just pick some up at a hardware store or do they need to be ordered from summit or some place like that?

Hmmm i don't know if stock bolts will fit, but your local auto parts store should have some bolts that will. Most are packaged for Chevy's and have more bolts than you'll need. I have an 84 that I put some stock headers on and I used the same bolts to bolt up my BBK's so maybe they will work. check Autowhore, they'll probably have some.

stock bolts will fit but you should use new hardware and gaskets with new headers, get a set of stage 8 locking header bolts or else you'll be tightening your headers all the time.

what about that blue locktite or whatever i keep hearing about? i will be getting new gaskets for sure which reminds me are bbk gaskets any good or should i just stick to what i know will work felpro?

There was a thread about loctite on header bolts a few weeks ago, https://mustangforums.com/m_1702773/tm.htm, i believe the consensus was that its best not to use it, but if yoiur going to then get the high heat medium strength threadlocker, not permenant strength.
