Default Subframe connectors

Went to order a set of subframe connectors other night and got a bit confused. One set was "normal" like I have seen many times, nut then I came across a "prebent" set. Sent am email to find out what these were and have had no response. Has been a few days so figure I would ask here.

Both were bolted to the seat bolts and then welded on. Both were steel and had the square tubing. So why prebent? I never heard of this before.

Thank you.

It's prebent to match the structure of the chassis.

those may be the ones you have to form to the bottom of the car, ive seen the through the floor ones, Maximum Motorsports makes the best, the MM fulllengths.

I made my own out of some 3" channel steel. I just welded one end where i wanted it and then slowely heated it up till it touched the bottom of the car in the areas i wanted it and then i went back down them and stich welded them about every 10 inches. I could really feel the difference after that. That 3" channel is a little heavy, but it will NEVER bend, ill tell you that right now.
