i think you tightened it to much and just pushed the H-pipe over the header, same with the catback, next time dont use an impact

be carefull with those impact wrenches on your exhaust, you break a damn bolt in one of those your going to hate yourself...My buddy broke a header stud at the collector using an impact wrench, broke it off clean with the flange...he had to take the whole header out and to a machine shop for it it be removed there.

the reason i did it with a impact is cause whe i first did it by hand i did them kinda tight but not as tight as i could gte them by hand.... they leaked.... so i tightened them by hand as hard as i could and they still leaked..... so then i used an impact and still leaks..... when i get my bbk shorty equal lenght headers maybe that will fix the header leak prob..... is there sumthin i can use to seal them??? maybe rtv or sumthin ghetto i dont care cause i hate the sound it makes

yea, that sound will drive you nuts. Take them all the way loose again, you probably got one side tigher than the other and itll leak like that. You gotta get that little slid piece perfectly even on both sides or its going to leak.
