Default Up n coming Project

Alright...maybe you all can help me out. A friend of mine and I were talking and we were talking about what kind of car I should get. I mentioned that I had been looking at the Nissan Sentra SE-R and he said that I should stay with an American made car. Now, I kinda agree with that. Then he gave me an idea. He said that I should get a older 5.0 Mustang and hook it up with a new intake and some dual pipes that will lead to a Flowmaster kit. I have to admit...that would be pretty sweet. Any other suggestions or comments on this matter??

Go with it...get an older fox like 92 or such and do a H/C/I swapping on it...Exhaust, headers, high flow cats....bigger MAF, Throttle Body...then some suspension, new struts, springs, shocks...nice wheels (i like my 15" ones myself)....there is so much more but just remember "Power costs money, how fast do you wanna go"[sm=smiley20.gif]

go w/ the 5.0 man. you can go as fast as you want to w/ a v8. 4-cyl's, your kinda limited. i kno. ive had a civic, a dodge stealth and now i LOVE my '92 gt ever since i got it. you can find some for cheap, just make sure it aint a lemon. i havent been disappointed once in the year that ive had it. i love it. i say go w/ the 5.0. when u drive a mustang, youre in a whole separate league than w/ a 4-cyl, say the se-r. altho theyre quick, you cant make them FAST like you can a v8. good luck on your decision

or you can get a late model v-6 with gears, exhaust, nitrous you would be running with the big dogs and paying cheaper insurance and having some v-8 crying all the way home

having a fast v6 is like the saying "its not the size of the boat that matters, its the motion in the ocean" and ****, we all know that saying is false

Thats a tough one. The SE-R's are one of the few imports i actually like, and can be made fast fairly easy.

Plus they look decent, nothing too flashy.

ERR, but then again, for the price of an SE-R you could have one badass Mustang. [sm=smiley20.gif]
