then your basically gonna be running straight facotry exhaust manifolds? Do you have any idea how possibly loud that is going to be?

On my friends car we were taking his old exhaust out and putting on some BBK long tubes and H-pipe. We took his H pipe and his cats off and ran it straight facotry exhaust manifolds...we got 6 complaints to the home owners association that night in about 10 minutes. He was on probation with them already. So..that was fun. We couldnt even stand bein in the garage because our ears started hurting.

I wouldnt do that....
With my 95 GT I am running an offroad pipe with no resonators or cats. It runs into Flowmaster catbacks. At idle, it hovers around 80 Db. When reving or under load, it gets up to around 90 - 95 Db which isn't bad at all. Matter of fact, 95 Db is actually legal here. It wont be as bad as you think.

Now when I took off the midpipes and fired it up just for the hell of it, it was VERY loud, but with off-road pipes into a decent exhaust it actually sounds pretty nice. Especially between 2k - 3k RPM.

I could be mistaken, but I think the stock 94 - 95 exhaust has two cats and two resonators welded onto teh factory H-pipe. I have a 95 Mustang, but I could be wrong because I am running off-road X-pipes anyway. I recall some muffler shop saying that they had 4 cats total, but for some reason I keep thinking its 2 cats and 2 resonators.
Someone may have to back me up on this... but I'm almost positive that they have 4 cats. I worked on my 94 GT exhaust a few times, and also had the exhaust shop do the mandrel bends. The shop said there are 4 cats.
You could very well be right. Now you have me curious. I have also heard a shop say there were 4. But for some reason I was left thinking that they were mistaking resonators for cats. I thought there were 2 resonators close to the headers floolwed by 2 cats further down the pipes. I'll try to find some pics or some specs.

Keep in mind, Mine had offroad pipes when I bought it so I never say the stock on mine.

That's the only stock pic I could find. Looks like they are in the location i thought they were in. But I can't really tell what they are. Perhaps they are actually cats and not resonators after all

Yes it will. And if you decide to go with longtubes you will just have to get extended o2 sensors.
