just got my smoked tailights and before i put them on with the new seals and clips and all... i want to replace the stock bulbs and put l.e.d. lights in for a cleaner light up. where can i find replacement red and amber colored l.e.d. bulbs for my 92 stang?

possibly autozone or napa might have a selection of LEDs for your car????

you've never heard of an l.e.d. light blulb ??? wtf? lol. its a cluster of like 10 tiny bulbs that are brighter and instantly light up and go off like the new cadillacs tailights, and it just replaces your stock old fashioned bulbs. autozone has them, but the dont have the colored ones... gotta have em cuase i have the smoked tailights, laws down here prohibit white lights for brake, turn signals... and since the stock bulbs are white theyll make the tailights light up white since theres no color in the lense.

eBay sells tons of LED bulb replacements, just know which LED substitutes for which bulb.

i say all stock foxbody taillites look better than most aftermartket...same with sn95

your tail lights are gonna look like a semi trailer... post some pics when your done so we can see how they look.
