Well yesterday my passenger door handle (exterior) got messed up. In order to open it you have to push the handle down, hold it down with your thumbs and with the fingers pop it open. It freakin sucks! [sm=headbang.gif] I had the same probelm on my first 5.0. Well anyways I'm going to fix and I was wondering can you fix with the one that's on it or do you have to buy a new door handle??

i would just buy a new one, why mess with trying to fix something as trivial as a door handle. i got some pretty nice ones from 50resto.com for like 27 bucks for 2 of them. 20 bucks for the handles and like 7 bucks to ship. just my 2 cents.

my door handle is the same way but on the drivers side, and its messed up on the inside too, it sucks way bad i have to roll down my window and reach and open it the same way you open yours

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Screw it I'm just going to buy both of them and have them both replaced.

Your Better off buying new ones.
I found a pair on Ebay for $15 when my drivers side went.
Shop around for a deal.
