Default Belt rub on sn95

Working with some serious belt rub somewhere and I have no idea where it's hitting. Car is a 94' 5.0 with all the mild mods, TW heads, 750 Demon Carb (converted from efi) and a B&M 174 series blower (12lb atm). I can stand 7k all day but when I'm moving hard and fast its rubbing just under 5k. What is twisting thats causing this rub? The blower pulley seems to be fine. I'm shooting in the dark right now. Thanks.

Usually it's the alternator pulley for me upon start up, but it so minor as long as the belt is kept good and tight.
I just don't have as much belt around that pulley as the original setup and no more self tensioner either.

What kind of mileage do you get with the carb setup anyways?
How well does it run on the cold mornings?

I'll double check the alternator pulley and bracket. Thanks . Getting 9 mpg atm, but I have a few bugs (like this belt issue) and a 140k block. I'd expect 11-13 once its 100% and tuned. It loves the cold air. Will pull you into the trunk from 2-6k. Almost too scared to hook up my sniper kit...almost. Besides, I got an 80-gallon tank of nitrous on trade that I need to get rid of.

I'd also double-check that all of the pulleys are inline and turning straight, no slant.
I used a metal straight edge to align them.
