sometimes when i try to start my car my fuel pump will not come on. i know i have 2 fuel pump relay's on my car but the both work fine. has anyone else ever had this kind of problem?

please define "sometimes" and soes it start when this happens?

no it doesent star when it happens it just turns over. it jus dosent want to turn the fuel pump on sometimes. i have replaced the fuel pump and all that.

When this happens, with the key in the on position, do you hear the fuel pump whine?
If you turn the key off and turn it back on does it then start right up or do you have to do something to get it to start ie: take battery cable off, pull or reset a fuse, turn the steering wheel, slap your girlfriend ect.

check for power and ground at fuel pump when this happens (with a old headlamp not a little test light) if you have both then your fuel pump is bad

sometimes you can also tap on the tank with a hammer then try to start if it starts then you need a fuel pump

i have to play with the fuel relay under my seat for the fuel pump to kick on but it only happens sometimes.

sounds like a loose connection at relay or bad relay then
