Alternator/Water Pump/Crank Only Bracket?

Alternator/Water Pump/Crank Only Bracket?
Can anyone point me in the direction of a bracket/pulley system that is designed to run only the alternator & water pump off the crank pulley?
I will mill something if I have to, but I imagine I am not the only one without power steering or AC or smog pump...(or at least I will soon be that way)
