Default 87-93 vs. 94-95

hay everyone this is my first visit. i used to have a 92 lx coupe that i loved, but i sold it cause i needed a pickup. so now i have a pickup, 78 f150 swb 4x4, and i want to go efi. so what could be a better transplant than a 5.0! here's what i have. i bought a full motor off ebay, it's a 5.0 h.o., and it looks like one out of a 94-95 mustang. but the listing said it was out of a thunderbird 92 model. it's has the curved neck on the throotle body. i guess what i need to know is what will interchange between the 87-93 and the 94-95. i also have the aod out of my 92 coupe that i would like to use as well. i also have the complete upper and lower intake with injectors and fuel rails. off the 92 coupe as i put a cobra on it back then. do the computers interchange, what about the wiring harnesses, and can i use the tranny with he new motor, or does it half to be the aode. any suggestions would be appreciated.
