i have 95 cobra will i need 93 oil pan for room any thing else to look for.and how do i make sure i do not clearnce problem with the oil pick up.

I think we need to know what you're doing. You didn't provide enough information.

im guessing you mean oil pan/pickup clearance. Just put some clay on the pickup and then put the pan on and it should squish the clay flat, cut it in half with a razor blade...very carefully, dont mess the clay up or your reading will be wrong...then measure how thick it is and thats your clearance.
