WTF are you doing with those anyways? You don't need them.....
Third shift at a "restaurant"?? I think I need to go back and reread the thread. I only skimmed it and perhaps I missed something?

OOOoooohhh Okay.. See I forget, some people at your age are still innocent (no offence)
Eitherway, You may have to get your car back in pieces and chalk this one up to experience. It will be VERY difficult to 'win' without something being done to your car before you get it back. Get it back, then fight him.
Just call a tow company and your local sherrifs office or city police and have them escort you to the place (make sure they know the situation beforehand so you don't waste your time or theirs). Don't give the guy a dime and tell him if he thinks he deserves to get paid, he should take you court. Let him know that if you do get taken to court and he loses, you will be going after him for your attorney fees and any other ancillary monetary compensation you can think of. (In other words you'll go after him for anything you can think of or make stick). Also if he harrasses you or threatens you, you will file formal charges and a restraining order. I doubt you'll hear from him again.
