Default Oil Filter

Went to get the usual crap for my oil change and then I noticed a K&N Oil filter.
Thought they just made air filters?
Anyways I bought one and it's in now.
They any better or worse then any other brand?

WHAT?!?! You didn't buy a Hastings filter like the guy at the dyno shop told you too? hehehe

I would guess there just as good as any, maybe a little better. I wouldn't be surprised if Fram or some other oil filter company made the the filter, and K&N put their name on it.

no that hastings filter is one of the best.....I went to a filter test years ago and fram was near the bottom as I was shocked..hasting makes amsoil filters, I use the k/n on my infiniti only because it has the nut on the end of the filter
