I actually find a lot of the posts in this topic humorous. That v6 in the camaro puts about around 200hp and your mustang stock is putting out what 220hp? And the camaro is a lot better handleing of a car then a mustang generally speaking. The war shouldn't be against the camaro these days. It should be more against the imports. Before I had my mustang I had a 94 z28 camaro red with t-tops with a lt1 that made about 280hp with over 300lb tq. It would blow the doors off of my 95 gt mustang and it would outhandle it any day of the week. And that was completely stock my mustang has 4:10's in the back and it doesn't do it enough justice. I wish I didn't have to get rid of my old z28, but money issues came up and it had to go down the road. I bought my mustang now cause i got a good deal on it and it's fun to drive and the girls love them. But, guys don't act so amazed that someone would consider a trade like that. A camaro is NOT a bad car. Actually it is a pretty bad *** car and in my opinion so are mustangs. Camaros and trans ams can be built to run and so can a mustang. When I go to a red light I'm more worried about getting beat by an import more then a z28 camaro, because atleast the camaro is domestic.

sure a v6 camaro may put out 200 but i guarentee that a 5.0 has way more potential than a piece of **** v6 camaro does[:@]

I'm definately for you Not trading your 'stang for the v6...but they Aren't pieces of crap... I actually had a '95 v6 camaro and it looked a hell of a lot 'smoother' and more...I dunno...sports car/girl magnet.... I traded in my v6 for my 'stang now...and damn glad I did...but my old camaro took me through a lot of rough times...and got me anywhere I need to go...never had ONE problem w/ it and it was rollin on 160k.... plus it looked damn good for 10 years old. Again, I'm not for you trading for a camaro...but I, personally, love both camaro's and mustangs...as well as all muscle cars....chevelles...'cudas...chargers.... I never really have gotten into the "oh...sucky camaro...cuz I have a 'stang.." or "ohh...pos 'stang cuz I have a camaro".... I just like domestic cars...it's the little weedwacker 1.8 litre mini cars that get me.

+1 and 95touring.....look at above we are talking about a V6 and upgrading it compared to a 5.0, besides your on a mustang only forum what you think we are going to say. If you like Camaro's ( I personally don't like the look of them) then go to a Camaro forum.
