Default fuel pressure regulators

i wanted to no what the inns and outs are of fuel pressure rugulator kits. i wanna get one when i get my car back from the shop but i dont no if its worth it. i have 19lbs injectors in there rite now but i am goin to put 30lbs in and i have no mass air. am i goin to gain any hp by getting one or loose it and how much pressure should i run if i do get it?


my mods are a frpp 347 shortblock, 70mm tb and spacer, crane cams 1.6 rockers, comp cam, bbk pullies, 2.5 exhaust, mac cold air intake, stock heads and stock upper and lower intake
