Rebuild or Crate Engine?

Rebuild or Crate Engine?
My 1994 Mustang GT runs beautifully but has close to 99k miles on her. I have done just about all the simple bolt-ons I can do without yanking the motor and now I think it is about time I gave her a little more longevity in the process of adding power. I am thinking of either getting the 345 hp 302 from Summit or having some guys I know at Big Shot Dyno in Hudson, OH rebuild mine and maybe stroke it to a 331 or 347. Which option would be most cost effective and give me the most power and reliability?

RE: Rebuild or Crate Engine?
Yea, i'm going with a stroker later on down the road too.
Seems like the better idea
Btw, what would the 347 be liter wise?
5.6?
think a 351 was 5.8 right?
or does it not change with a stroker?
Seems like the better idea

RE: Rebuild or Crate Engine?
There's an easy way to figure this out OB.
Use a known example--
302 (cubic inches) divided by 5.0 (liters) is 60.4
So when converting cubic inches to liters, divide the cubic inch by 60.4 to get liters.
So....347 divided by 60.4 is...................................5.74503312582 781456953642384106
Rounded off, yes, it would be 5.7
