Ya def. get weld in subframes, i could go with the bigger 1990-1993 bars but i can afford spending $300 bucks on some nice aftermarket ones. One thing I don't like about the eibach set up is the color, its red and don't want a red bar peaking out the bottom of my car, that's something the import crowd would have.

get a strut tower brace, there are some like Maximum Motorsports that are designed for carbs, and a K member brace. I personally would look at the later bars so you don't overstiffen the car

Ya, I think maximum motorsports are the only ones that make a strut tower brace that goes around the big dual snorkal air cleaner. When you say "overstiffen" the car do you mean making the suspension so stiff that it puts to much stress on the chassis. You could be right but for now i only have springs and shocks and with the roll bars it shouldn't be overly agressive.

With subframes and new bushings on the stock sway bar, the car handles great. Start with new end links and bushings on your stock bar. You'll be surprised.

+1, new bushings are always a good thing on a 20yr old car. I would invest in those myself. Im thinking of getting a whole chassis kit. I think theyre about $200 for the whole chassis kit if im not mistaken and you can pic them up from like 50resto or Mustangsunlimited.
