also the t-5 is harder on the drive train....what you'll spend on the conversion you can have a fast shifting auto......you could find an aode of a 4w out of a truck or later stang

man how did you bust a 2.49 60' with 4.10 gears?? Thats your whole problem right there (which you probably know) If you want to keep it auto then beef up the tranny and get some DRs ftw.

aod's will beat all stock t5's on their super best day, any mods whatsover, and it's a lost cause. thats it. sorry aod guys, i had 2, and i had 3 t5's.... and as chris farley once said......"i know from experience dude"

if you spend the $$$ to have the electronic od lockout the aod will last as well as a kevlar od band

So Bob, what all did you have done to your 2 AOD's? I'm guessing that you've modded the **** out of them and they still ran like ****??
